Nathalie is a toxicologist by training, with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of health risk assessment of contaminants in food. Her missions at Anses aim at producing scientific expertise in response to requests from ministries in the field of biological hazards, chemical contaminants, food enzymes, materials in contact with food, processing aids and guides to good hygiene practices, based on the collective expertise conducted within specialised expert committees or working groups. Its work focuses on natural toxins (marine biotoxins, cyanotoxins, mycotoxins). With regard to mycotoxins, she has focused on sterigmatocystine, ergot alkaloids, patulin and ochratoxin A.
