Caroline Strub is a lecturer at the University of Montpellier and a member of the UMR QualiSud. For the past 15 years, she has been developing research activities focused on the characterisation and control of risks related to mycotoxin contamination of foodstuffs. She is particularly interested in the biocontrol/biopreservation mechanisms involved using an integrated approach (microbial ecology, monitoring of microbial dynamics and deciphering the interactions between pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains).
